You're welcome. The title tells it like it is: Kriya Secrets Revealed. Available on Amazon.com. You can preview the book to see that in fact it is what it says it is.
I'm very interested in Krita Yoga, and your book. I have a hip injury, and cannot sit cross-legged. Would I be able to follow the lessons in your book by using a chair for meditation? Many Thanks, Best Wishes, Chris
A chair is possible, of course. Crossing the legs is helpful in several different ways, however, there are many other tips in the book that are helpful that do not strain the hips but do help in achieving Samadhi.
RE: kheecheri mudra... your drawings, pp. 55 & 56, illustrate the tongue sucked up against the palate with the tip still pointing forward. I experience an 'automatic' reversal of the tongue tip backward to the uvula and with accompanying stretching of the frenulum. Would you kindly explain the variant?
Perhaps there is a mistake in the edition you have? Talabya Kriya involves keeping the tongue flat against the top of the mouth, whereas the tongue, in Kechari, goes back and up as far as possible. In Kechari there are just different levels of going up and rolling back. Not all people are physically capable of every level, however, it is not a requirement of achieving Samadhi. Simply touching the top of the mouth is enough.
Your book looks fantastic I was in search of some good practical no nonsense Kriya Yoga explanation and got Your book thanks
